本章では、GitのWindowsクライアントについて説明します。

GitのWindowsクライアントはCLIとGUIがあります。CLIの方は、[[https://gitforwindows.org/|Git for Windows]]（旧称 msysGit）に同封されている Git Bash が定番です。一方GUIの方は、多種多様でさまざまなものが公開されています。git-scm.com でも[[https://git-scm.com/download/gui/windows|GUIクライアント]]の紹介がされています。

本編ではGitのGUIクライアントとして Windows でも Mac でも使える [[https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/|SourceTree]] を使う事にしました。他に [[https://www.gitkraken.com/|GitKraken]] や [[https://tortoisegit.org/|TortoiseGit]] も候補として考えましたが、機能の豊富さと実績を考えて SourceTree にしました。尚、ここでは社内Gitサーバのクライアントが対象です。[[https://github.co.jp/|GitHub]]をお使いの場合は、[[https://desktop.github.com/|GitHub Desktop]] など他のGUIクライアントの方が使い易いかもしれません。

また、PHPの統合開発環境 Eclpise からの使用についても言及します。
